A creative menu inspired by chef Martin Bruhn's most recent trips to Mexico and Southeast Asia, with an urban twist. Ingredients are of-the-moment and sleek, with modern arrangements. The beef filet "Singapore Style" comes with roasted kimchi and a daring Asia Burrata is served with zesty yuzu. The restaurant interior design is by NYC and LA-based designer Dayna Lee, who brought Hollywood glamour to the space.
