A creative menu inspired by chef Martin Bruhn's most recent trips to Mexico and Southeast Asia, with an urban twist. Avantgarde are of-the-moment and sleek, with modern arrangements. The beef filet "Singapore Style" comes with roasted kimchi and a tantalizing Asia Burrata which is served with zesty yuzu. The interior design of the restaurant with all its Hollywood glamour was created by NYC and LA based designer Dayna Lee as well.
